E30 Experts – It’s in Schneller’s DNA
BMW sold the e30 Chassis in the U.S. from 1984-1992. It’s a well made, technically simple, and great performing platform that captured the classic BMW look. It’s not surprising that e30s have developed a cult following and are now becoming valuable classics.
At Schneller we’ve seen the demand increase for restoration projects, ranging from mild (mechanical & cosmetic) to wild (Complete, body, drive train & interior). There’s good reason for this. At Schneller we’re e30 experts. Since the business was founded over 25 years ago, Mike Morris has restored and modified many e30 cars. The chassis is truly part of our DNA.
Since the introduction of Mike’s M335, Schneller has completed well over thirty e30 performance drive train conversions (ranging from simple m20 six cylinder transplants for 4 cylinder cars, to the powerful “M” engines (s52, s38 and s54 transplants). They’ve also developed many purpose built track and Club Race cars. Check out the e30 engine conversion and e30 race car build gallery for the quality of our work.
If you have a special place in your heart for an e30 chassis BMW, and would like to relive the experience of ownership, call Mike and have a talk about what it is you want to achieve – from a reliable daily driver, to a show car queen, or nimble track car, it’s a blank canvas. How you want it to look is up to you!
