I had an excellent experience with Mike and Schneller BMW, and I am so glad I took my car here, and will continue to take my BMW here. Mike was incredibly patient with me, and took the time go on a test drive with me, when I brought my car in, in order for me to point out the issue, which he swiftly and efficiently was able to diagnose. I was quickly made aware in that test drive, that my car was in superior hands, and in the hands of someone who knew the inside and out of the engineering of a BMW, and he made me feel at ease when he explained  what the issue was, and what he could do to resolve it. Being a first time BMW owner, of a car that I consider my baby, I am so happy I found a local mechanic/tech that I can rely on to provide amazing technical service, at reasonable price, who provides excellent customer service as well! I have an e30 and I had a vacuum leak creating a high and erratic idle. I changed every gasket and rubber hose pelican parts had articles on and even smoke tested at home but couldnt straighten it out.  Mike not only fixed the issue, but texted me photos of progress and items that need attention. I'm new to the area and needed the front brakes replaced on my BMW. Other shops quoted several hundred dollars more. I went to Schneller and they completed the repair on time and on quote. Let me start with saying I'm in Chattanooga Tn. I've called and even went in to local shops to get answers to questions I may have about my 1989 BMW E30. No one wanted to answer my questions or they would be vague. I then googled BMW Specialists  and Scheller BMW popped up. I called and spoke with Mike Morris. I explained to him that I only wanted to know how many drains ports are inside the cowl of a E30 BMW. He took the time while on the phone with me and walked out to two of the cars he had and took a look and verified what I had found to be  my issue. I now know what the cause of water getting into my E30. I now know how to stop it. I don't  know if he believes in God or Jesus  but I do and hope that God blesses  him and his business.
