Schneller Repair Warranty

At Schneller, we distinguish ourselves with one of the industry’s strongest Repair Services Warranties, exceeding even BMW North America’s warranty. In essence, we believe in our technical ability and the quality of our parts.

Warranty Details:

• We warranty parts and labor for 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the repair date.
• If an issue arises within the warranty period, please call us for an inspection. If the fault is due to our parts or workmanship, we’ll fix it at no charge.

We are reasonable people; others aren’t, so there needs to be some rules…

• Warranty services must be verified, approved, and performed by Schneller.
• Performance parts and vehicles used in competitions (including HPDE/track days) or abusive displays are excluded.
• If you decide upon using a rebuilt part instead of a new part for the repair, the warranty matches the seller’s (of the part) terms. This is typically 30 days, but varies by vendor.
• For factory BMW transmissions and engines, the warranty is 24 months.
• No warranty on parts or labor if the parts were supplied to Schneller by the customer. (i.e. If Schneller did not purchase the parts from one of our reputable vendors)
• No warranty if the invoice wasn’t paid in full.
