By contacting us by phone, email, text, or any digital channel, you consent to receive communications from Schneller BMW electronically. All agreements, notices, and information we provide electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that they be provided in writing.

Schneller BMW strives for efficient, timely completion of all BMW repair and service jobs. Most routine services are completed same day; more complex repairs may require additional time depending on parts availability and scope. All projected timelines are estimates only.

Schneller BMW reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, in whole or in part, to anyone violating these Terms or the law. Whenever possible, we will notify you of any decision to refuse or terminate service.
These Terms and your use of our services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Massachusetts state and federal courts for the resolution of any disputes.
Schneller BMW may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website or provided upon request. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
